anyways, my hair looks nice because of the trim yesterday! plus I showered today… seriously, days I shower very much affect when I workout and that’s not good guys.

how can I work out as much as I want to and stiff have not sweaty hair wtf guys I can’t figure this out ugh enlighten me if you have advice fhdjdjfdhhd

i forgot to document that I went to the YMCA with a friend yesterday evening :) we spent most of the time talking though to be honest.

today I didn’t exercise, but I went to a nice icecream social dinner event thinger so that was nice :) I’ll do another body rock session tomorrow afternoon I think. I really have to keep motivated so I can look better for this wedding!

Savory Oatmeal with Scallions and Fried Egg.75 cups old fashioned oats1.25 cups waterdash of salt.25 cups soy milk1 scallion, chopped1.5 tsp soy sauce1 fried egg*
Bring water to boil with dash of salt. Add oats and reduce to medium heat. Simmer 3 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low and add soy milk, stirring for another 1 minute.
Add soy sauce and most of chopped scallions, reserving some for garnishing on top. Stir another 30 seconds.
Pour oatmeal into a bowl, add fried egg* and remaining scallions on top. Enjoy!
*You can fry your egg while cooking the oatmeal.
